Program:

1) General lessons on cultural and theoretical and methodological references, (void spaces, genius loci, soil modeling).

 

2) Components and systems related to outdoor flooring: functional and constituent layers. Technical and morphological characteristics, requirement classes, performance indicators. Aesthetic, economical, environmental and ecological aspects.

3) Continuous Flooring (roads, bike and pedestrian routes). Requirements, standards, performance, materials and construction techniques.

a. Flexible.

b. Semi-rigid.

c. Rigid.

Materials: asphalt, concrete, concrete slabs, tiles, grass, earth.

5) Discontinuous Flooring (roads, bike and pedestrian routes). Requirements, standards, performance, materials and construction techniques.

Materials: stone, gravel, concrete, terracotta, ceramic tiles, wood, grass, mixed.

6) Outdoor fixtures.
